Original mainboard, available with custom firmware that unlocks speed and power. Choose the custom firmware option if you want it stronger and faster.

Also fits the Pro, Essential and standard M365.

Without custom firmware it will do 25 km/h with a 250/300 W motor (Pro, Pro 2, Mi3).

With custom firmware it does 30-35 km/h with a 300 W motor and 27-30 km/h with a 250 W motor. For optimal speed you need original pneumatic tyres at a minimum of 60 PSI / 4.1 bar, and you should measure the speed on a full battery.

You can tell the wattage from the motor number by the QR code.

If you choose custom firmware you will not be able to log in to the Mi app, since the mainboard is modified. You can then use an app called M365 Tools, available on Android. For iPhone there is M365 Plus, but that app does not seem to work reliably, so an Android device is best.

This is a V3.0 mainboard, which is extra reinforced and has a different IC chip (GD32).
