Here are answers to common questions about this battery pack. Q: Is this battery pack compatible with other models? A: Hard to say. This is a battery pack connected in parallel at the mainboard. To know that nothing goes wrong we would need to test it over a longer period, as we have done with Xiaomi, which we cannot possibly do for every model. You can check whether it will work by plugging the charger into the scooter: if it cannot be ridden with the charger plugged in, it will not work. For Xiaomi we load firmware that makes it possible. We have no such firmware for other models. Q: What do I do if my scooter suddenly starts charging while I am out riding? A: That is because you have not installed the firmware we supplied correctly. What you can do is repeat the firmware installation. You can test whether it went in correctly by plugging the charger into the scooter: if nothing happens, you have done it right. If you see on the display that it starts charging, our firmware has not installed correctly. Repeat the process or contact us, as you may have accidentally updated in the Xiaomi app, which means you can no longer install our firmware.
