If you have a motherboard limited to 20-25km/h and live too far to bring in the scooter, you can send it to us, and we will unlock it to maximum speed. You also get one of our software with full speed, see battery % on display when stationary, disabled charging mode, cruise control, extra power (30ah), 2km/h motor start, and free rolling on downhill slopes as we turn off KERS (self-brake) which saves battery as it charges a little each time you go downhill without accelerating. You can also choose police mode, and then you need to start the scooter with the brake handle down for it to go full speed. Otherwise, it goes 20 km/h when started as usual.
There is also a motor with a serial number that reads PADH on the middle line of the serial number on the motor. If you have such a motor, you need to write "PADH motor" as a message to us along with your serial number. You can see what such a motor looks like in the product pictures above.
Important before you send! Check that you do not have a copy motherboard before sending it. In the pictures above, you can see if you have an original or a copy motherboard. I also have a video at the bottom where I show a copy motherboard.
If you have a gen 1 motor, the maximum speed will be 30km/h, and for gen 2 motor, 35km/h on a full battery and at least 55psi in the tires.

There is always a risk that this will not work if your motherboard is damaged or locked with, for example, the xiaoflasher premium service. So, if you bought it used and don't know if it's locked, there is that risk.
If you have installed some software and are unsure, and the scooter has been locked, it is best to send in both the motherboard and dashboard, and we will unlock them.
